February, 2010 - WOW!  The Villas on Great Bay were fantastic.  Our condo (#6) was large and clean and well stocked with everything you would need (including some leftover booze, thank you previous guests).  Lots of towels for showering for the 4 adults that were there, and a very well stocked kitchen for cooking meals.  All the other guests and owners were friendly and made us feel very welcomed.  The onsite management person Josh, was the best part of the villas.  From our initial contact with him for making the reservation, right through making car rental arrangements and daily morning visits, Josh went above and beyond whatever we could have hoped for.  He gave us many suggestions of places to visit, places to eat and places to shop.  His daily visits were welcomed and helpful.  We felt like old friends right from the start.  Since St. Maarten is my new paradise, staying at the Villas will hopefully be an annual event for us.  And Josh is a big part of why we feel that way.   Annette & Joel Kushner

May 2009:Me and my 3 girlfriends spent 12 days in the Villas and I must say that we loved and enjoyed our stay. Fantastic location, good management(thanks Josh!!) and great facilities. We definitely recommend this paradise-place to everybody who wants to have a relaxed and comfortable vacation on this paradise-Island! Xeron Ramos

May 2009:We have stayed at The Villas on Great Bay many times over the last twenty years and always look forward to 'the next time'. The villas are well equipped and comfortable. The beautiful garden setting and stunning view of Great Bay is a tranquil oasis after a busy day enjoying the fine shopping and dining that St Martin has to offer.Josh, the manager, is always obliging and cheerful and a fountain of
knowledge about where 'to eat', where to 'buy it' and anything else you may need! Rogers, N.C.
